I grew up in a small town in the Canadian Rockies and spent most of my twenties in Vancouver, BC developing a career as a Professional Accountant while privately exploring the world beyond the limits of my comfort zone. In September 2016 I took a leap of faith to begin following a path laid out by my heart.
I’m a traveler, writer, romantic, yogi, francophile and coffee shop enthusiast. I love talking to strangers and will occasionally cry tears of joy while indulging in an incredible meal. With attention to detail and a taste for nostalgia, I seek out places unknown.
With the lifestyling blog, I share my adventures en route to making my dream of moving to France a reality. You’ll find stories of every kind here, from missteps and heartaches to lucky breaks and chance encounters.
If you’re looking for the beaten path, you’ve come to the wrong place. In my travels, I seek out the gems hiding beneath the surface, the experiences that are unique, mysterious and exciting. I want to live like a local everywhere I go.
Lifestyling is about living a life that feels uniquely good to you, one that is on-purpose. It is centred around a belief that we are all unique in what brings us joy and fulfillment and that our lifestyles can reflect this.
I hope to leave you feeling uplifted and inspired to live a life that lights you up.
